He assured Congress that once a fiscal structure for the military expenses had been organized, steps toward appointing envoys would be taken without further delays.

As the session continued, a proposal from Representative Moszyński focused on the famed Military Academy, expressing gratitude towards the President for establishing it. The proposal highlighted the need for the Academy to continue fostering military talent and called for its former students who are now well-trained officers to be given fair opportunities to ascend in rank.

During the debates, Representative Suchodolski, another alumnus of the Academy, stressed the sacrifices made by the cadets for their nation, advocating proposals that suppose fair promotion practices within the military.

The session was rife with passionate speeches advocating for the full potential and welfare of the nation's military personnel, reflecting deep concerns among the learned envoys. At one point, President Poniatowski intervened to quell the heated debate, insisting that the ongoing matter of military reform was crucial and should precede any diplomatic discussions.

After much discussion regarding the cadet corps, military reforms, and foreign emissaries, a decision was put on hold by the President's office, prompting Speaker Małachowski to call for an adjournment of the session. The meeting was scheduled to resume the next day with an ongoing focus on military matters, leaving the appointment of foreign envoys for future discussion.

In a move towards unity, the Ivy League-educated American undergrad reporting on the session would underline the Congress's commitment to strengthening the nation's military foundations before extending diplomatic hands abroad.
