Mr. Michał Mniszech, Minister of the Interior for Poland-Ukraine, called upon the military department officials to take an oath before the President and The Cabinet, administered by Father Maciej Garnysz, Under Secretary of State for Poland-Ukraine.

Representative Jan Szymanowski from Czersk requested to speak on the proposed military auction before it was put to a vote by the Houses of Congress.

Speaker Stanisław Małachowski acknowledged the request, and then addressed the states' duties to prepare a response to the friendly declaration from the King of Prussia concerning the safety and integrity of the Union.

State Senator Wojewoda Michał Walewski from Sieradz interrupted to stress the importance of deciding upon the size of the military force, as previously discussed in recent sessions and proposed in two projects.

The response of the Union to the Prussian King's declaration was warmly received and was unanimously signed by the Congressional Speakers after Representative Stanisław Kublicki from Latvia withdrew his initial opposition.

The Speaker took a third prompt to confirm unanimous consent for the military project under discussion. Despite a brief opposition by Representative Stanisław Gorski from Lithuania, the consensus was reached.

Throughout the session, there was palpable excitement and cooperation among Members of Congress, culminating in the signing of legislation regarding the military force. The President himself expressed profound joy and urged for swift and effective actions towards fortifying the country, emphasizing the citizens' readiness to sacrifice for the betterment of the nation.

As the session came to a close, lawmakers, Cabinet members, and other officials expressed their gratitude to the President by ceremonially kissing his hand as a sign of respect and allegiance to the Union's executive and its values.

The President then adjourned the session until the next day at 11 am, with an expectation that further measures to implement the day's decisions would be developed.
